After years of development, it was renamed Zhongshan Esmarta Appliance Co., Ltd. on May 21, 2021, in response to the promotion of industrial clustering. The company has been established for 9 years and has always adhered to the business philosophy of "strategy first, business success, management-oriented". It has developed step by step into a company with a wide range of business and considerable influence in the industry among similar companies producing range hoods, integrated stoves, and gas stoves. At present, the customer base covers all major, medium, and small cities in China. Esmarta mainly customizes and processes household range hoods that conform to the Chinese model in the form of OEM/ODM for well-known brands in the domestic kitchen and bathroom industry. Zhongshan Esmarta appliance Co., Ltd. was founded
The company implemented management reforms, upgraded the ERP system, and improved the overall management team. During the same period, the production capacity exceeded 600,000 units/year.
In May 2021, the company moved to a new factory and built a new electrostatic spraying workshop, with an annual output exceeding 650,000 units.
The company continued to optimize, introduced talents in batches, and built new motor production workshops and switch production workshops, with an annual output of more than 840,000 units.
On April 26, 2023, the construction of an overall smart factory covering 20,000 square meters was started in Zhongshan, and it is planned to be completed and put into production in October 2024. In the same year, the production capacity exceeded 1 million units.
On November 29, 2024, Esmarta Intelligent moved to its new factory, and it was simultaneously equipped with modern automatic production lines, equipment, and office areas and was successfully put into use.
In 2025, Esmarta will continue to increase its R&D investment and market exploration efforts, integrate upstream and downstream resources, be reborn from the ashes, and create a new chapter in the kitchen appliance industry.
